SDS Ningbo Crane Project Engineering, Sourcing & Factory Acceptance
Project engineering for the crane industry, anchored on our own production base in China (Ningbo, Zhejiang Province): joint review of kinematics, electrics and steelwork of crane bridges / trolleys with the manufacturer, agreement of 3D models and calculations prior to production release, in-process quality control, mating assembly of drive packages and factory acceptance tests (FAT) with the customer's commission. Crane types covered: overhead, gantry, port handling (STS, RTG), metallurgical ladle and pit cranes, portal cranes. Scope: hoist, travel and slewing drives, brake systems, couplings, low-voltage switchgear, variable-frequency drives and cabling.
