Acting on our behalf, Speed Horse negotiates with Chinese manufacturers to secure the best technical and commercial terms, organises factory visits and supplier tours for SDS clients, and jointly implements complex equipment sourcing and end-to-end project fulfilment. Responsible for factory acceptance tests, trial assembly of drive packages (motor + coupling + brake + gearbox) and shipment preparation. Scope covers crane, port, metallurgy, mining, marine and oil & gas equipment, including explosion-proof variants.
