YV(F)3 Series Low-Voltage High-Power Frequency-Controlled Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors
YV(F)3 motors are low-voltage, high-power induction motors for variable-frequency drives. The series develops the YPB/YPBF design for voltage-source converters with an IGBT inverter and DC link. Compared with standard inverter-duty motors, the construction, ventilation, insulation and bearing assemblies have been redesigned. The range covers 250–1,600 kW, 400 or 690 V, 2–8 poles, shaft heights 315–560 mm, IP55. They work with Chinese and foreign converters and serve metallurgy, water supply, oilfields, ports, mines, ships and paper mills.
