BE Bucket Elevator Gearbox (BE304–BE418)
Bucket elevator gearbox BE with integrated auxiliary drive: main 3- or 4-stage gear train (i = 16–400) plus auxiliary gearmotor KE37–KE127 (1.1–37 kW) for slow turning during maintenance; switching is automatic, electrically controlled and remote. Sizes 04–18, rated output torque 6.7–265 kN·m. Backstop in the main gearbox, overrunning clutch between the drives. Versions H (with auxiliary drive) and D (without); solid or hollow output shaft (key, shrink disk); optional cooling fan, rain cover and guards. Up to 93 % modularity.
