Helical-worm gearmotor series S, 2-stage (helical input stage + worm gear), 9 sizes S203–S212. Rated output torque 55–10,200 N·m, ratios 7.1–500 (combi S…/C… 200–18,000), motor power 0.12–55 kW. Efficiency depends on ratio: 88 % at i = 7.1–16, 57 % at i = 125–500. FEA cast housing, over 400 mounting variants; solid or hollow output shaft, foot, flange or torque-arm mounting. For heavy duty, sizes S205 and up are fitted with a fan on the worm shaft.
