YGP (YGP2) Series Frequency-Controlled Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors for Roller Tables
YGP motors are converter-fed roller-table induction motors, for conveying rollers in S1 duty and working rollers with frequent starts, braking and reversing. The manufacturer's website gives 0.55–250 kW, 380 V, 4–20 poles, shaft heights 100–500 mm, IP54 and duties S1–S9. The YGP2 catalogue tabulates frames 112–400: rated torque 7.3–2,323 N·m at 50 Hz, Tmax/Tn = 3.0, starting torque 1.3–1.8 Tn at 1 Hz. V/f control spans 1–100 Hz, with constant power above 50 Hz. Class H insulation, IC410 cooling; a gear reducer can be fitted.
