QYGUOMAO
Crane Reducers .
QY Type Crane and Hoist Cylindrical Gear Reducer

QY are crane gear reducers with hardened and ground teeth, designed for frequent reversing and heavy duty cycles. Two structural lines: QY…S with three-point suspension (allows horizontal, vertical and inclined mounting) and QY…D on a base frame. Three- and four-stage versions plus the combined QY34. 15 sizes by centre distance 160–800 mm, rated low-speed shaft torque 2.8–355 kN·m, ratios 16–90 and 100–400. Gears are carburised, quenched and NILES-ground; per-stage efficiency 0.98. They replace the ZQ, QJ and ZSC reducers.
Applications
- Hoisting mechanisms of overhead and gantry cranes
- Travel drives of cranes and trolleys
- Slewing and luffing mechanisms of port cranes
- Winches and mine hoisting installations
