JL Series Vertical Mill Reducers (JLX, JLP, JLW, JLWS)
JL bevel-planetary reducers drive vertical roller mills: they transmit motor torque to the grinding table and carry the vertical grinding force, with lubrication and cooling from a separate oil station. Four versions, 40 sizes: JLX (bevel and planetary stages, i = 25–40), JLP (with an additional helical stage, 35–45), JLW and JLWS (two planetary stages, 32–48 and 38–50). Mill power 200–9,000 kW, static load Fstat 2,400–18,000 kN. CGC drives are installed on more than 3,000 vertical mills.
