JGW Series Roller Press Gearboxes (coaxial two-stage planetary)
JGW are coaxial two-stage planetary gearboxes of the JG roller press range, with input and output on one horizontal axis. 18 sizes JGW1016–JGW4454, ratios 25–40, maximum transmitted torque 124–3,750 kN·m, output speed 18.8–60 rpm per the selection tables at 750/1,000/1,500 rpm input. Designed with KISSsoft, MASTA and ANSYS; hollow output shaft with clamping sleeve or shrink disc, interchangeable left and right units, lube station and online monitoring supplied. Catalogue example: a press with a 2,000 kW, 740 rpm motor is fitted with a JGW3846.
