JGR Series Roller Press Gearboxes (two planetary stages + one parallel stage)
JGR are second-generation JG roller press gearboxes with two planetary stages and one parallel stage; input and output shafts are parallel and horizontally offset. 21 sizes JGR1016–JGR4862, ratios 45–125, maximum transmitted torque 124–6,050 kN·m. The motor is connected via a cardan shaft; the hollow output shaft is fixed on the roll shaft with a clamping sleeve or shrink disc. Left and right units are interchangeable; supplied with a lube station for cooling and filtration, online monitoring on request. CGC has built more than 3,000 roller press gearboxes.
