BLD/BWD Series Cycloidal Gearmotor

BLD and BWD are cycloidal gearmotors with a directly coupled integral motor: BLD is flange-mounted (vertical), BWD is foot-mounted (horizontal). The planetary drive with small tooth difference and cycloidal pin-wheel meshing to JB/T 2982 reaches 1:87 in a single stage at an efficiency above 90 %. Motor power 0.12–90 kW, maximum output torque up to 30 kN·m. Ratios are 7–87 for one stage, 99–7,569 for two and 8,041–658,503 for three. The main meshing components are made of bearing steel; multi-tooth engagement and rolling contact give high overload capacity and low moment of inertia.
