CK-D (metric) / B-200 (inch) Series Sprag Clutch without Inner Race
CK-D and its inch version B-200 are Tianiu sprag clutches without inner race and without bearing support: the sprags run directly on the shaft, which must be h7 toleranced, with 0.01 mm cylindricity and HRC 56–60 hardness. The outer race, sized as 6203–6214 ball bearings, is keyed into the housing; adjacent bearings keep the shaft and outer race concentric. The metric CK-D range has 13 sizes for 17–70 mm shafts, the inch B-200 range (B203–B214) has 12 sizes for 16.510–79.356 mm shafts; nominal torque 33–1,188 N·m. Grease must be applied at installation.
