JZM is a diaphragm coupling for heavy machinery to JB/ZQ 4717-2006: packs of thin stainless-steel diaphragms (link or one-piece type) are bolted alternately to both hubs, and shaft misalignment is taken up by elastic deformation of the diaphragms. It runs without lubrication or backlash and withstands oil, water and aggressive media. Per the Longxuan catalogue: JZM1–JZM30 — 40–315,000 N·m, bores 14–340 mm, up to 10,700 rpm; JZMJ1–JZMJ36 with spacer shaft — 63–2,000,000 N·m, bores 20–600 mm. Operating temperature −20…+250 °C.
