HL / HLL Resilient Dowel Pin Coupling (HLL with brake wheel), JB/ZQ 4726-2006
HL is an elastic pin coupling: the hubs are connected by non-metallic pins that cushion shocks and tolerate noticeable axial shaft float. Per the Longxuan catalogue (JB/ZQ 4726-2006), the HL1–HL14 series transmits 250–180,000 N·m with bores 12–340 mm and speeds from 8,500 down to 950 rpm; operating temperature −20…+70 °C, designed for drives with frequent starts. HLL is the same coupling with a Ø200–800 mm brake wheel for shoe brakes: 15 sizes, 560–35,500 N·m, the wheel can be made integral with the hub. In torque, speed and bores the HL series matches LX1–LX14 of GB/T 5014-2003.
