LT (TL) / LTZ (TLL) Elastic Sleeve Pin Coupling, GB/T 4323-2002
TL/TLL (new designation LT/LTZ) is an elastic sleeve pin coupling to GB/T 4323-2002, the direct counterpart of MUVP couplings per GOST 21424-93 with the same torque series 6.3–16,000 N·m. 13 sizes LT1–LT13: bores 9–170 mm, permissible speed 800–6,600 rpm (steel hubs) or 1,150–8,800 rpm (cast-iron hubs); radial misalignment 0.2–0.6 mm, angular 0°30′–1°30′ (maximum operating values, LT13…LT1). Steel pins with rubber sleeves, replaceable without moving the machines. TLL (LTZ5–LTZ13) has a 200–710 mm brake drum, 125–16,000 N·m. Operating temperature −20…+70 °C, short-time overload up to 2×Tn.
