JSB Serpentine Spring (Grid) Coupling, axially fitted cover, JB/T 8869-2000
JSB is a serpentine-spring (grid) coupling to JB/T 8869-2000 with an axially fitted cover (Falk Steelflex T20 equivalent): the two-piece cover slides on along the axis, convenient where radial access is limited. 16 sizes JSB1–JSB16: rated torque 45–63,000 N·m, bores 18–260 mm, permissible speed 1,600–6,000 rpm (depending on size) — higher than JS of the same size. The variable-stiffness steel spring damps shocks and vibration; grease is applied through cover ports. Bores per GB/T 3852; no GOST exists for this coupling type.
