JMI / JMII Diaphragm Coupling, JB/T 9147-1999
JM is a diaphragm (disc) coupling to JB/T 9147-1999 with stainless-steel diaphragm packs. Two basic versions: JMI with counterbore (JMI1–JMI19, 25–160,000 N·m, up to 6,000 rpm) and JMII without counterbore (JMII1–JMII30, 40–180,000 N·m, up to 10,700 rpm). Bores 14–340 mm. Axial misalignment 1–2 mm (JMI) / 1–6 mm (JMII), angular up to 1°. No lubrication, zero backlash, efficiency 99.86 %, operating temperature −80…+300 °C, resistant to oil and corrosive media. No direct GOST; counterparts are Rexnord Thomas and KTR Radex-N.
