LX (HL) Elastic Pin Coupling, GB/T 5014-2003
HL (new designation LX) is an elastic pin coupling to GB/T 5014-2003: hubs of HT200 cast iron or ZG35 II cast steel, pins of MC nylon (cast polyamide). 14 sizes LX1–LX14: rated torque 250–180,000 N·m, bores 12–340 mm, permissible speed 950–8,500 rpm (depending on size), operating temperature −20…+80 °C. Symmetrical design with interchangeable hubs, tolerates noticeable axial shaft float; pins are replaced without moving the machines. HLL (LXZ) version with brake drum. No direct GOST; the nearest class is MUVP elastic pin couplings per GOST 21424-93, while HL covers an 11 times higher torque.
