YOXIIZ Fluid Coupling with Brake Wheel and Nylon Pin Connection
A constant filling fluid coupling with a brake wheel and a pin connection at the output: instead of an elastic spider, torque is transmitted to the brake wheel hub by nylon (polyamide) pins. The connection to motor and reducer is the same as in the basic version; in the manufacturer's table the series is based on YOXIIZ with outer-wheel drive. Shaft alignment during installation is simpler, and the pins are replaced without moving the motor or reducer. 10 sizes 360–1000, brake wheel Ø300–700 mm, 15–760 kW at 1,500 rpm, up to 1,000 kW at 1,000 rpm, bores up to 150 mm.
