YOXIIZ Constant Filling Fluid Coupling with Brake Wheel, outer-wheel drive (YOXIIZ, YOXyIIZ, YOXysIIZ)
YOXIIZ is a constant filling fluid coupling with a brake wheel hub at the output end. It is an outer-wheel drive: the coupling is rigidly mounted on the motor shaft, and the brake wheel is connected to the reducer shaft through an elastic half-coupling with a spider, nylon pins or a customer-specified type. Parts are standardised, overall dimensions follow the industry norm. 10 sizes 360–1000, brake wheel Ø300–700 mm, 15–760 kW at 1,500 rpm. YOXyIIZ/YOXysIIZ versions extend the start-up. In SDS projects YOXIIZ/YOXyIIZ were offered to replace Flender FLUDEX FND/FNDS on belt conveyors.
